Research on Throughput Rate of CCSDS AOS And TC Data Link Protocols

AOS Space Data Link Protocol and TC space data link protocol,the space link protocols of the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems(CCSDS),are reviewed in this paper.The relationship between CCSDS TC throughput rate and the IP packet length is analyzed.The correlation of IP packet length,frame length to CCSDS AOS throughput rate is studied.A suggested equation denoting the connection of BER,synchronization packet length and frame loss rate,packet loss rate,throughput in CCSDS data link protocols is proposed.On OPNET Modeler,the equations are illustrated by simulation results.Finally,the optimizing configuration parameters of CCSDS data link protocols are given.
