The technique of the heterogeneous data source exchange is the important core technology in dealing with practice applications such as heterogeneous data exchange,e-commerce applications and Web services composition system etc under network environment.The paper enlarged a traditional mediator exchanging mode,introduced a data to exchange of four kinds of basic operations,also drew up its function to mean a form,gave usage technically that the Web service composition,the XML binding and Java etc carried out the method and example.
