Design of Frequency Synthesizer Based on PLL

The signal source obtained from the frequency synthesize techology has much more stabilization and veracity of frequency.PLL frequency synthesizer is a frequency-synthesize techology which in much more applications at present.This paper makes a brief introduction on the principium of the PLL frequency synthesizer and the inside circuitry of the CD4046,and a design example of frequency synthesizer based on CD4046 is given on the range and space of frequency both can be adjusted.This project is very simple to achieve and debug,it has more value in practicality.
