Development of Management System for Water-saving Irrigation Project of Xi'an City Based on MapX

Based on the practical requirement of Xi'an City and MapX,the management system for the water-saving irrigation project is developed,such the data banks as the foundation information,geography attribute,space attribute and so on are designed,and the visualization for much information is realized including the project input,declaration,examination,formation and so on,as well as the function for setting up the specific project chart and printing the report forms.This system may simplify the project management,normalize the project processes,guarantee the transparency of financial allocations and the rationality of engineering constructions as well as the benefits of water saving facilities,and finally,raise the management level for water conservancy in Xi'an City greatly.
