Power transforming and distributing substations are indispensable in a metro power supply system.Integrated automation technique is used in all metro substations in Guangzhou and Shenzhen of China.Through comparison and analysis of integrated automation technique and conventional power transforming and distributing substation technique,typical structure of integrated automation system for metro substations is described and analyzed.
