The Study of Comparing Female Split Jerk with Drop Jerk In Dynamics

Split jerk and drop jerk are different in jerk kind. People at home have different opinions about this two kinds of jerk. This study is to compare the split jerk with the drop jerk in the characteristics of dynamics, and offer the theoretical basis to athletes and coaches to think and look for the clean jerk mode that suits themselves. The study selects the testing method that video synchronizes camera with force platform. The results indicate that maximal jerk force of drop jerk is smaller.
