Application of PDCA Circle in Quality Management of Nursing Document

To improve the quality of nursing records,the PDCA circle was used in the quality management of nursing document. After implementation of the PDCA circle,the A-level rate of records increased significantly to 96. 11%,which realized the standard management of quality of nursing document.
