Objective To explore the effect of SMS education on the bad living habits of the patients with deep vein thrombosis.Methods 80 patients with the deep vein thrombosis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group 40 cases.The experimental group was given routine education in hospital and SMS education out of hospital.The control group was only given routine education.Results Compared with control group,the lifestyle of patients in the experimental group obviously improved(P0.01),the difference was statistically significant.The rate of quitting in experimental group was 92.5% and the rate of abstinence was 87.5%.The people who can insist on health diet was 67.5%,and who can hold on doing exercise was 97.5%.Conclusion SMS education can help the patients with deep vein thrombosis get the knowledge and skill of solving problems and promote the changes of lifestyle.
