In this paper,the idea,principle and properties of Quasi-Accurate Detection(QUAD)method are introduced in detail.The key of QUAD is how to correctly select the Quasi-Accurate Ob-servations (QAOs).The main points of the implement in the preliminary and the fine selection of the QAOs are discussed.Some application examples on QUAD are illustrated,which include the gross er-rors detection in the case of the figure correlation,the abnormal detection in the deformation analysis,and the circle slip detections and repairs of GPS phase observations
