This paper has introduced the application and realizing in the house property is sold of WebGIS.The house purchaser can stay indoors, finish the overall understanding to the house and urban area where one stays on the net.Use Web GIS to realize the online house is sold and shown,function of realizing the network and inquiring about and analyzing.Users only click the mouse,like on the spot in person.Can not only find out about the structure of the house but also can understand the space,size,floor and surrounding environment of the house.
