This thesis mainly on the internet study evaluation of fuzzy math theory and electronic file.Firstly,this system based on the advantages of electronic learning file,and make use of the possibility of recording the students' learning procedure by the technology which exists nowadays.Secondly,this system sets up the mode of internet learning evaluation,and make clear of the result and information got from the internet learning.This writer applies multi-level fuss theory to the analysis of the index digits so as to make comprehensive evaluation and guides to the learners' ideal level of internet education activities.Last but not least,this writer is going to design a study system basing on multi-level fuss theory and electronic learning file and give the evaluation.
