Considering the advantages about how to pay for the road maintenance fee at present,the paper advances new road maintenance fee query system which based on GPS and GIS integration.The paper constructs three architectures based on data servers,function application,supports the platform on system,discusses main functions,analyses the key technologies,and gives corresponding solutions.
