Seismograph Forecasting Earthquake and Mathematical Model

The article hypothesizes that in the earthquake forming process,the surface must have the small chang—rise gradually,and stick out gradually when taking the earthquake breaking the crack as the spool thread.Based on these,the paper discusses the relationship between the earthquake destructiveness and the biggest area which the surface sticks out,forewarns and forecasts earthquake through the surface rise acceleration.
