The architecture model of oil exploration and production data integration flat was given. The model has application layer, application oriented functional components layer, foundational class library layer based on exploration and production integration center data model (EPICENTRE), object and relation transformation layer and relation database layer from upper to lower. The foundational class library layer is the kernel of this model. The necessity of design and the characteristics of the foundational class library based on the EPICENTRE were discussed. The feasibility of the design procedure of the foundational class library was also confirmed through an instance.
