Characteristics of products are affected by environment for a long storage period.It can provide a scientific basis for ascertaining storage life,improving storage environment and raising design capacity to how to reasonably estimate environmental factor.Due to the fuzziness of storage environment,fuzzy theory is used in the environmental factor evaluation.Fuzzy temperature model and fuzzy humidity model are put forward by triangle fuzzy algebra. Finally it is verified that the method is more reasonable than conventional method for a certain value.
