Research on Estimation Model of Analogy Evaluation on Software Value Based on Market Approach

With rapid development of the software industry,the evaluation of computer software has been paid more attention.The specific steps of analogy estimation and the calculation method of similarity measurement are proposed with evaluation theories and practical characteristics of software based on evaluation models of software value analogical estimation and their application.The results show that the calculation method has significant improvement in maneuverability of evaluation practice and objectivity of evaluation results because it overcame the defects that academic papers put emphasis on theories.Therefore,this method lays the foundation of wide application of market approach in software evaluation.
