A noval method of solving the problem of comparability of experiment data about response time

In the field of brain cognition research,the problem of comparability of experimental data about response time is a tough one.As for the problem,from the point of view of measurement,this paper presents a method which can correct original data by subtracting delay-time from them,sequentially the problem can be solved.
