Aiming at the spectrum allocation problem in cognitive radio network,a novel model considering the demands of secondary user is proposed. After introducting cognitive users demand for spectrum,an Artificial Physics Optimization(APO)algorithm is proposed based on the NP features of the solving problem. The efficiency of quantum coding is used to encode particles to improve the search speed and particles updating equations are designed.Simulation results show that, compared with the model using QGA-SA,PSO-SA and CSGC algorithm, the proposed model can get better network revenue and ensure the efficient spectrum allocation.
