Based on knowledge sharing behavior ontology and behavior-tree mapping approach,an algorithm for dynamic creation of employee knowledge sharing behavior tree is proposed.The algorithm with real-time,interactive features can serve as a general framework for realizing quantitive evaluation to employee knowledge sharing degree.
