Serial Communication Interface with High Revolution Absolute Encoder Based on TMS320F2808

An intelligent absolute encoder interface based on DSP was implemented in this paper,and SCI interface of DSP used to communicate with encoder.Leaving out the expensive special decoding IC,this interface combines motor control with receiving encoder data on one DSP,which can simplify system design and reduce product cost.
