A new fuzzy model based on neural networks is improved to be able to fitted to advanced T-S Type Dynamic Fuzzy In- ference Model,which is applied to the train wheel fault diagnosis,simulation studies are carried out,whose results demonstrate that the effectiveness of the proposed modeling approach.
