Influence of Errors on Teaching Quality Evaluation and Their Solutions

The evaluation of teaching quality is inevitably affected by errors.The causes leading to errors in the teaching evaluation include sampling errors,system errors and random errors.It's necessary to form a scientific and rational norms system,to take a close survey and to process data by computer more than by hand,thus effectively controlling and decreasing the errors in teaching evaluation.
