Harmonic Analysis Measure Method of Capacitive Humidity Sensor

This paper introduces the harmonic analysis measure method of capacitive humidity sensor.The signal is extracted from measure data by Fourier transform,the measure method is applied to capacitive humidity sensor measure system,and the interference noise is isolated from measure data effectively.The measure method can reduce the influence of interference noise and can improve the SNR.
