Coal mine scheduling is professionally technical work with a combination of coal mine production and management.However,coal production and underground operation,is a 24 hours of continuous one.Mining,excavation face three shifts in a day of production,each class has the task,processes,quality,plans and requirements,Even the operation is greatly restricted by space and ground pressure.therefore the scheduling not only completes the security scheduling production tasks,but also creates the conditions for the next safe pro-duction.The establishment of coal mine safety production scheduling monitoring and management information systems in the coal mine safety production can play an important role in regulation,deployment,command and supervision.It organizes and coordinates different departments,timely reflects and overcomes the contradictions and weak links in the various production processes,to help business leaders with focusing on commanding,organizational management,systematical production process.
