Ubiquitous network is a communication transmission and service provision modes based on complex and heterogeneous environment of the future communication. In ubiquitous network society, the integration of hardware, software, system, terminal and application can be realized and the seamless connection among the network space, the information space and the physical space can be implemented;Bringing the network as pervasive and free as air and water naturally into people’s lives. That,as the result, will make a profound influence on our thinking on information and our working and lives style as well. This paper surveys the concept and structure of ubiquitous network, analyses and discusses the key technique and the research focus, and finally a brief introduction and analysis to typical research projects up to date were given.
