Study on Public Information Resources Management System in America and China

The organization and administration of the public information resources management is initiated and regulated by the federal government in the United States,the public information resources management adopts the mode of government macro-control coupled with market micro-running,which is a diverse management system.The public information resources management in China,however,takes centralized macro-control,which remains a series of problems,such as lack of information resources development,idle information resources and low-level redundant construction of information system etc.
