WLAN is conjuncted by computer network and wireless technology from 1990s.Now more and more telecommunications operator,corporations,families and individuals attach importance to WLAN because of its convenient expansibility,which helps WLAN can not only be regarded as important supplement of lineate Broad Band,but major wireless Broad Band for covering hotspots.WLAN mesh is one branch of WLAN,and has its special advantages in covering wild open areas,which bunches many wireless sopts to plane.This article discusses from the base of WLAN technology to WLAN mesh technology and applications evolution.
