The case-and-knowledge-based fuzzy reasoning method of process planning is brought forward.The representation module of case,the similarity case retrieval,the case adoption,the most similarity case reasoning,the case modifying and case memory module are built to describe fuzzy information of the feature.Through fuzzy similarity matching between part feature and case feature,it can retrieval the most similar case from the case library and create the new part process.
