Theme Customized Mixed-mode's Information Collection System

Getting data with high efficiency is the key to perform its functions.The author developed an information collection system made of c/s,b/s and Web Service mode.Besides,the system uses SQL Server and Access Database,so it enables the system the theme customized function.A detail analysis will be given on the design and the implement's core functions.
