The Design of the Portable Video Frequency Terminal Hardware Equipment Based on Xscale

This paper proposed one kind of portable video frequency terminal hardware equipment design method based on the Xscale chip, At first , introduced the portable video frequency terminal characteristic as well as the OpenGL technology and the standard which develops in this foundation. And then proposed the realization plan with the Xscale chip, and introduced the Xscale chip function characteristic in details. Finally has made the suitable improvement to the video frequency picture processing essential technology, in order to suits in the Xscale chip realization, besides that has produced the realization result analysis.
