In this paper,a novel Distributed QoS architecture based on information scheduling(DQBI) is proposed to provide QoS guarantees for real-time traffic and best-effort traffic in mobile Ad Hoc networks. We present a model to decrease the end-to-end delay of the whole system, and handle network congestion by using call admission control and congestion control mechanisms. Finally,we make comparison of MQRD architecture and DQBI architecture.Simulation results show that DQBI can quite well ensure the real-time flows and best-effort flows to achieve their desired service level.
