An image denoise and enhancement algorithm based on human visual properties and median filtering

According to Lee's LIP model,an image enhancement and denoise algorithm based on human visual property is developed,and local standard deviation to the image enhancementis applied.This method not only boosts up the contrast of the local regions in different degrees but also improve the global contrast.Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
