Enterprise Financial Diagnosis System Model based on Agent

Enterprise Financial Diagnosis is based on enterprise financial data to diagnose operating state of the enterprise. This paper introduces the use of ontology to describe enterprise financial data, information and the formula for calculating financial indicators, as a carrier for communications and interaction between multi Agent; it also described the Enterprise Financial Diagnosis System Model based on Agent and the function of every module in details. The remarkable characteristics of this system is the application of ontology and the introduction of Agent based on BDI Model.
