The difference between Ecological Balanced Fertilization and Balanced Fertilization was discussed and the Expert System of Ecological Balanced Fertilization based on theory and technological system of Ecological Balanced Fertilization was established and the software of the Expert System was accomplished in this paper. The Expert System has functions of learning, estimating, input and output, statistics, financing, data renovate and common stracture, but has different parameter systems in different parts of China. 12 first and 38 second fertilization regions are divided in China.
