Collective Management:an Intermediary of Information Technology and Copyright Protection

The development of information technology has incredibly accelerated the speed of dissertation and utility of woks. However,how to protect the copyrights in those works remains a complex issue. In the author's view,there is no real conflict between the development of technology and the protection for copyright. What weighs is that the way in which copyrights are protected and carried out can't catch up with the rapid development of information technology. The key lies in the centralization and standardization in copyright protection.So we should begin to build and better up the collective management system,which can decompose the nervous relation between technology and copyright protection.
