Analysis for system of blood donation without compensaion and usage.

In this paper,management byelaws for blood donation of 28 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities di- rectly under the Central Government were classified into five mode.After system analysis,we considered that existing blood usage system is significant to the development of blood donation without compensation.We also suggested to take into account the effec- tiveness,unification and region characters of these byehws when revise them.
