The command and decision system of launching preparations of aircraft on a carrier is composed of data and Agent organization.The former includes database,model base,knowledge base,related managing system and MIS.The latter includes five deciding Agent,which interacts with the user by interface Agent.And its interaction with data will be finished by DB Agent.For the designing of inner decision Agent,the five deciding Agent models can be firstly designed,then instantiate those in function phase.
