A cryptograph index technology based on query probability in DAS model

Database-as-a-service model is a new data management model which stores user's data at a third party and provides dat-abase management over Internet. In DAS model, one important problem faced is how to improve the query efficiency in the en-cryption database, and cryptograph index technology is one of the methods to improve cryptograph query efficiency in database. To solve low query hit rate in cryptograph index methods, by analyzing the actual distribute condition, a bucket partitioning strategy adapting to unequal-probability query is presented. The strategy creates cryptograph index aiming at reducing the query error rate, which is able to improve the query efficiency. Then, the corresponding algorithm is proposed, and is analyzed and validated by experiments.
