Study on Development Strategy of Administrative Organization of Irrigation District Based on SWOT Analysis

Several correlative problems of irrigation management system reformation are studied from the aspect of the administrative organization of irrigation district.The Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threats(SWOT) analysis method is adopted to study the reformation and development strategies of the administrative organization of irrigation district.Taking the administrative organization of Wu'an irrigation district as a case study,the interior advantage and weaknesses as well as the external opportunity and threats are analyzed,the SWOT matrix is established,and some development strategies are put forward.
