Application of integrated programming between C#.NET and MATLAB in atmosphere sounding data contrast

The two platforms,C#.NET and MATLAB,have its own advantages,it's meaningful to do some research on the integrated programming between them.Basic conceptions related to programming are introduced in this paper.Take the atmosphere sounding data processing for example,detailed information about how to resolve questions using integrated programming is also illuminated in the paper.Problems happened during the research and preliminary resolves are discussed in the last part.
