Building and Management of Visual Topological Database for Power Network Dynamic Data Exchange

A method,based on visual dynamic data exchange, to build and manage Topological Database for power network is presented. This paper also gives a method which uses Intouch,a drawing tool, to build the graphic of plant and substation. Access Database is used to describe topological database for power network. The dynamic data exchange between InTouch and VB is realized.
