On the Safety-Guard Duty of ISP to the Virtual Property

The production of the safety-guard duty of ISP to the virtual property intertwines with the specified technical conditions of the generation and operation of the virtual property and the dependence of the virtual property on the specified network platform.The safety-guard duty on Tort Law has stronger protective functions and broader protective scope.It is very necessary to establish the safety-guard duty on Tort Law to the virtual property.The constitutive requirements of the responsibility of ISP disobeying the safety-guard duty should adopt the three requirements.The responsibility of ISP disobeying the safety-guard duty includes direct responsibility and complementary responsibility.
