Operating cost of interorganizational information systems: structure cost and transaction cost

There is a ticklish and crucial problem of the optimization of information systems' operating income and cost facing to most global companies. In order to solve this issue,this paper focuses on the profit of interorganizational information systems based on operating cost of IOS. Firstly,designs the cost structure of interorganizational information systems operation cost,divided into structure cost and transaction cost. Secondly,builds the quantitative methods and models of cost and solves them. Finally,verifies the costs legitimacy by simulating. As a result,this paper extends a series of valuable conclusions.
