Design and Realization of XML-based Multidatabase System

The Multidatabase System,which can exploit the information resources effectively and realize the data sharing,is one of the widely researched topics in the current data processing field.This paper introduces a XML-based approach to multidatabase integration.The XML middleware,which can realize the mapping between XML data pattern and the data pattern from data source and the interconversion on XML documentation and the documentation from data source,is the key and core on the integration of heterogeneous.Making use of the approach can effectively integrate the heterogeneous data-base in various data patterns.
