The communication between agents influences beliefs of agents in two aspects: the first is influences to beliefs them-selves, the second is influences to credibility degree of beliefs. In order to solve these two problems, this paper constructed evaluating models of other agents, and maintained reliable degree, friendly degree, understanding degree and a competent-topic-set in every model. The competent-topic-set decided the influenced range of beliefs, and reliability, friendly degree, understanding degree and topic competent degree together decided the credibility degree of influenced beliefs. The syntactic based on modal logic and semantics based on possible world were described in this paper.
