Electronic Commerce Research on Consumer Rights Protection Mechanism

With the rapid development of e-business,consumers become more rational.Therefore the protection of consumer rights and interests have become increasingly prominent.In this paper,e-commerce environment and consumer protection issues are focused,and by reviewing on foreign laws and regulations,proposals are made to improve Chinese e-commerce and consumer protection.
