Designs and implements a real time MPEG-4 video monitoring system. Describes the structure and configuration of the system, introduces the MPEG-4 encoding block, PCI controlling block, high speed data transmission block. The system can monitor 16-32 real time audio/video, so it has very high performance-price ratio, significant applied values and widely used.
