To Code Mouse-interactive Drafting Programme by Using VC++.NET

The authors mainly introduce how to use rubber-banding to code mouse-interactive drafting programme through WM_LBUTTONDOWN,WM_MOUSEMOVE,WM_LBUTTONUP,etc.This programme can draw random plane figure.It can also draw circles,ellipses,rectangles or straight lines that differ in size.
