Analysis and Implementation of Inverse-time Characteristic for Solid State Relay

Three curve-fitting methods of inverse-time characteristic are introduced and compared by simulation and experiments respectively. Test results show that the inverse-proportion curve realized by differential circuits can fit the I~2T curve well and higher accuracy can also be gained.
