Using the fixed point theorem and the iterative algorithm to discuss the existence and uniqueness theorem of solutions for nonlinear matrix equation Xs+A*X-qA =Qwithq0,the properties and the hermitian positive definite solutions of this matix equation are considered and some of the results in[1]are extended.
